What does Peach Patrol stand for?

Peach Patrol stands for a sunny attitude to life, for freedom, independence and a hip lifestyle. True to our motto “Life is a peach”, we see what is beautiful and positive in life. This attitude to life together with a relaxed holiday feeling is also reflected in our Miami Beach House logo and obviously in our products too.

What is new about Peach Patrol?

We combine in a unique manner classical forms with modern colours and in this way create new products that never cease to look chic. The excellent workmanship of the exclusive materials, including our special “Newprene”, and the trendy design give our products a strong recognition value.

What is „Newprene“?

“Newprene” is a mixture of Lycra, poly- and natural rubber. This combi-fabric makes our bags particularly durable, very light and water-repellent. It also ensures that our products keep their shape and crease less.

“Newprene leather fashion”: why this combination?

The combination of “Newprene” and leather emphasises our concept of combing classic with modern. The old art of leather processing and the contemporary “Newprene” fabric are combined to make products with a high degree of functionality and trendy designs. The well-known structure of the leather combined with the soft “Newprene” surface provides our bags with a quite special and innovative feel.

What does “Riviera Summer” mean?

“Riviera Summer” stands for the joy of living experienced on an untroubled day’s holiday spent at the seaside. Inspired by the maritime Riviera style in Italy in the fifties and sixties, our first collection combines this classic, timeless look with the flowing forms and appealing colours and stripes of the modern Miami style to create unique trend products.

How can I order from Peach Patrol?

Nothing could be easier than ordering from Peach Patrol: after you have placed the desired products in your shopping basket, you can place your order quite simply by pressing the button “To the checkout”. You can either re-register with your personal data or place your order quite simply as a guest purchaser. To do this, simply choose the option “Go to the checkout as a guest” when asked to register. If you are already a customer with us, you can log in with your user data (e-mail address and password). After having registered, you will be led through the ordering process in two simple steps and can complete your order.

What are the advantages of having a customer account with Peach Patrol?

Your customer account with Peach Patrol gives you several advantages. You make ordering a lot easier and can manage your address data and orders.

Do I have to open a customer account with Peach Patrol in order to buy from you?

Ordering from Peach Patrol functions quickly and easily even if you do not have a customer account. To do this, simply choose the option “Go to the checkout as a guest” when asked to register. Every step and all security standards are explained to you in detail. If you would like to inspect your order, you need a customer account with Peach Patrol.

Why do I have to state my date of birth when registering?

We try to offer you the best possible service, which includes above all a rapid and smooth processing of your order. We need your date of birth in order always to be able to distinguish you clearly from other customers – possibly with the same name – and to prove that you have reached the age of consent.

What is Peach Patrol’s minimum order value?

Peach Patrol does not have a minimum order value. We are happy to receive your order.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes, Peach Patrol products can be ordered by phone. Our customer Service be glad to help you for any questions on products or how ordering and returns processing are handled. How can I cancel my order with Peach Patrol?

Please refer to our Customer Service if you would like to cancel one or more products in your order. You can reach our Customer Service by e-mail on service@peachpatrol.com or by telephone at any time on the free number: (+49) 0911 - 477 53 104*. Cancellation of products is conditional on our not having processed your order. If however the order has already been processed, it will be delivered to the delivery address provided. In this case, you can use your right to return the goods within fourteen days and return individual products or the whole order to us. Customers in the in the USA, Canada and Australia will incur an additional charge of $ 3.95.

How high are the costs of delivery?

Within Germany, delivery and packaging is free of charge above a value per purchase of 60 Euro, otherwise 3.99 Euro will be charged.

How long does delivery take with Peach Patrol?

Delivery of our FIRST EDITION can in some cases take from 4 days to 1 week. Under normal circumstances however, we offer all customers within Germany delivery within 2 to 3 working days.

With which parcel services are the goods delivered?

With which parcel services are the goods delivered? All our deliveries are made through our distribution partner DHL. Goods can also be returned through DHL. You can find further information on returns here.

Is it possible to deliver to a DHL freight station or to a delivery shop?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver to a freight station or delivery shop.

Can I also have my packet delivered to a different address or to my place of work?

We will be glad to have the goods delivered to a different delivery address, for example to your place of work.

To which countries does Peach Patrol deliver?

Currently, we deliver to Europe and the US. Worldwide you can order by telephone. We are always extending our online delivery to other countries. Should you wish to be notified when delivery to other countries begins, please refer to our Customer Service that you can reach by e-mail on service@peachpatrol.com or by telephone at any time on the free number: +49911 / 47753 – 104*.

What should I do if the packet does not arrive?

You will receive confirmation by e-mail of the delivery together with a tracking code as a link as soon as your packet leaves our warehouse. You can follow the delivery process of your packet through this link. Should you not have received a delivery confirmation after five working days at the most – or have problems with the tracking code – please refer to our Customer Service by e-mail on service@peachpatrol.com or by telephone at any time on the free number: +49911 / 47753 – 104*.

How do I return a product?

Enclose the completed cancellation form together with the products returned in the packet.

Stick the return label on the packet and hand it in at your nearest DHL branch.
After the delivery has been checked, the invoice amount will be refunded to you via the means of payment that you are using. Please be sure to return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them. Should you need help in returning your goods, please refer to our Customer Service. Within what period of time may I return a product to Peach Patrol?

With Peach Patrol, you have 14 days after receiving the goods to return a product to us. You will find additional information on your right to cancel with Peach Patrol under Information on cancellation.

How long will it take to process the return?

We require ten working days in which to process the return.

Will I be notified that the return has been received?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have received your goods after your return has arrived.

How do I complain about faulty goods?

Should it happen that a product is faulty, you can obviously send us a complaint and return the goods to us. You will find additional information on the subject of returns under point “How do I return a product?”.

What means of payment does Peach Patrol offer?

How can I redeem a voucher?

You can redeem vouchers and voucher codes in the shopping basket and at the end of your order. To do this, enter your voucher code in the appropriate field and confirm the entry with the button “Redeem voucher”. If the voucher code has been accepted, the amount of the credit will be deducted from the total amount in the shopping basket.

If you have not yet registered, you can do this quite easily at the end of your order. To do this, you have to enter your e-mail address and a secret password. This data will enable you to log onto your customer account. Your customer account enables you to check, edit or add to your data.
